At Reef Photo & Video, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your underwater imaging gear. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the equipment is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all manuals and accessories, then pack it inside a sturdy shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our Florida headquarters; we recommend insuring the shipment for its full value.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the gear's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
